San Antonio Scorpions News Release
The San Antonio Scorpions released forward Adin Dzafic on Thursday, Head Coach Tim Hankinson announced. Dzafic had not appeared in an NASL match so far this season.
Dzafic joined the Scorpions in early 2013. The Bosnia and Herzegovina International has previously played in the first divisions of Bosnia and Croatia and has earned 15 international caps at the U-21 level, as well as one cap at the full international level.
"Adin was a professional during his time with the Scorpions," said Hankinson. "We thank him for his service here and wish him nothing but the best moving forward."
Dzafic's departure lowers the Scorpions current roster count to 22 players.
