San Jose Giants Homestand Preview: June 25-June 30 Homecoming Night and Fireworks

SAN JOSE, CA- The San Jose Giants begin their second half home schedule with a six game series at Municipal Stadium Monday, June 25 through Saturday, June 30. On Tuesday, June 26 the first 1,000 fans will receive 25th Anniversary Hats courtesy of Principal Financial Group. Then, on Wednesday, June 27 it will be Homecoming Night at Municipal Stadium. Former San Jose Giants that have reached the Major Leagues as San Francisco Giants will be at the ballpark and take part in pregame festivities including a parade. Wednesday and Saturday's games will be followed by Postgame Fireworks that light up the night sky, presented by Yahoo! and IBEW 332.

State Farm Night: Fans looking to come to Monday's game can visit local State Farm agencies to receive complimentary tickets. Visit sjgiants.com for a list of participating agents.

25th Anniversary Hat Giveaway presented by Principal Financial Group: The first 1,000 fans to enter the ballpark on Tuesday will receive a San Jose Giants 25th Anniversary Hat, courtesy of Principal Financial Group. Click here for more details.

Merchant Night: Fans should also be on the lookout at local businesses and stores for complimentary tickets to Tuesday night's game.

Homecoming Night: The 3rd Annual Homecoming Night at Municipal Stadium will take place on Wednesday, June 27. It will be a celebration of former San Jose Giants that have reached the Major Leagues as San Francisco Giants. Festivities will include a Meet and Greet with season ticket holders, a homecoming parade around the warning track and a first pitch ceremony.

Postgame Fireworks presented by Yahoo!: On Wednesday, Yahoo! is sponsoring the Postgame Fireworks Extravaganza immediately following the game against the Stockton Ports.

Alaska Airlines Thunderstick Giveaway: On Thursday, June 28 the first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive Thundersticks courtesy of Alaska Airlines.

OSH Merchant Night: Fans can pick up complimentary admission tickets to Thursday's game on at participating OSH stores one week prior to each game. Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis, while quantities last. Below is a list of participating OSH stores:

*General Admission tickets are NOT assigned seating. They are on a first come first serve basis in the stadium grandstand and bleachers.

Throughout the season, single game tickets will be available at the Box Office and over the phone at (408) 297-1435 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Tickets are also available online at sjgiants.com.

Comcast Hometown Network Coverage: The San Jose Giants and Comcast Hometown Network have once again joined forces to bring fans an expanded schedule of 20 LIVE television broadcasts during the 2012 season. Tune in and catch the action for the entire three game series against the Stockton Ports, Monday, June 25 through Wednesday, June 27. Joe Ritzo will be joined by Dan Dibley for the first two games, while Rocky Koplik will serve as the color analyst in the finale of the series.
