
San Diego Wildcats Tryout Camp Huge Success

San Diego, CA. The ABA San Diego Wildcats first rookie/free agent tryout camp for the upcoming 2007-2008 ABA season was a major success. Several hopefuls came to the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center motivated and determined to have their names on the Wildcats roster in November. The prospective Wildcats showcased their basketball skills to the Wildcats organization with a lot of hear and the talented had the coaches talking.
Registration began promptly at 11 am and the prospective Wildcats shot around until the coaching staff blew their whistles. From 12pm to 3pm the coaching staff had the players run basic offensive drills and scrimmage. Many were in attendance, as some cheered on their favors, others inquired about the ABA and Wildcats organization.
The Wildcats will hold their second rookie/free agent tryout camp Sunday, August 5, 2007 from noon to 3pm at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center for those players who were unable to attend the first.
