San Antonio FC Forward Tani Oluwaseyi, Defender Fabien Garcia Named to USL Championship Team of the Week

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC forward Tani Oluwaseyi and defender Fabien Garcia have been named to the USL Championship Team of the Week, each making key contributions to San Antonio's 7-0 win at Charleston Battery.
Oluwaseyi contributed to five of San Antonio's seven goals in Saturday's shutout win over Charleston Battery, recording just the third hat trick in SAFC history and adding two assists. In his first start with SAFC, Oluwaseyi recorded the three goals on just three shots.
Garcia scored his first goal of the season in the match as well, heading home a rebound in the first half. Defensively, Garcia contributed to the shutout with seven clearances, three tackles and two interceptions.
Oluwaseyi and Garcia are the ninth and 10th San Antonio FC players to earn Team of the Week honors this season, and make it back-to-back weeks with a team representative on the list.
SAFC heads to Michigan this weekend for a Saturday match against Detroit City FC. Kickoff on Saturday is set for 6:30 p.m. CT, and will be streamed on ESPN+.
