2019 SALT LAKE STALLIONS QUOTE SHEETS

- Dennis Erickson on his selection into the College Football Hall of Fame:

"Well it's a tremendous honor. It's not only an honor for me, but it's an honor for all the players who played for me. All the coaches who coached for me. My family. My wife and my kids who have had to put up with this coaching life for all these years. I was born and raised a coach's son, so I was doing this when I was five, six years old. This (selection) goes into everybody that was ever involved with any of the programs I was at, including the alumni and the people that supported us. It's a great honor. It's the highest honor you can get in this business obviously. I see the guys that in the Hall of Fame and I am excited to be a part of it."

- Dennis Erickson on his initial reaction when he was told of his selection:

"I was just excited that my peers and the people involved in the Hall of Fame that have seen me coach and look at you as one of the greatest that has ever been in the business. It's a hard feeling, it feels so good to be selected to the Hall of Fame."

"I love Troy he's a... I had to compete against him when he was at USC and I was at Oregon State. I don't know that we ever beat him. If we did our players were awful sore when he got done hitting them. As you know and the people in the Alliance know, he is not just a good football player. He's a great, great human being. He is working for our players in this league, doing so much for them and help them in their future after football nobody deserves it more than Troy."
