September 29, 2007 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Sacramento Heatwave News Release
Sacramento, CA. The ABA Sacramento Heatwave announced that former Sacramento Kings dancer Lindsey Allred has become the team's new Dance Team Choreographer. Allred, who is an accomplished dancer with experience dating back to her youth, has danced and taught several forms of dance and will bring style, class and discipline to what will be the Heatwave's hottest and classiest dance team ever.
"We are more than elated to have Lindsey join us," said team owner Reggie Davis. "She brings a level of excitement and confidence to this organization and her dance team. Heatwave fans are in for a real treat as well and I too am full of anticipation of the November 2nd opener." Lindsey is currently a student at Sacramento State where she has danced for the Hornets. There are several dancers from Sacramento State that will join the Heatwave Dancers this season as well...it should be a hot ticket this season!
