
SaberCats Host Bitter Rival Arizona on Military Appreciation Night Tomorrow

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The San Jose SaberCats (8-4) return home to host the Arizona Rattlers (12-1) on Military Appreciation Night on Saturday, June 22 at 7:30 p.m. PT at HP Pavilion. San Jose leads the all-time series, 21-18 in the storied rivalry, though the Rattlers are winners of three straight in the series, including a dominant 73-47 win back in Week 3 in Phoenix. The SaberCats fell in heartbreaking fashion last week 73-68 to the Iowa Barnstormers, but have won six of their last eight games, while the Rattlers have won nine consecutive contests and boast the top ranked scoring offense (67.1 ppg) and defense (47.5 ppg). The game is being broadcast nationally on CBS Sports Network as the Net 10 Wireless Arena Football League Game of the Week and locally on the radio at KNBR 1050.
