
Rush, Force Look To Clinch Playoff Berths In Week 12

NEW YORK - The Chicago Rush (8-2) and Georgia Force (9-1) can clinch playoff berths this weekend as the Mitsubishi Motors Drive to ArenaBowl XXI New Orleans heats up. The Dallas Desperados (10-1) became the first team to earn a playoff spot this season with its 52-48 victory over the Rush on Monday.
The Rush will host Central Division foe Nashville (4-7), in front of an already sold-out Allstate Arena on Saturday, May 19 at 8 p.m. ET. Chicago began its improbable playoff run by defeating the Kats, 55-47, in last year's Wildcard Round on its way to claiming its first League Championship, a 69-61 win over the Orlando Predators in ArenaBowl XX.
Georgia returns from its bye-week and travels to the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday to take on the Avengers (5-5) at 10:30 p.m. ET.
