FINAL PRIDE HOME GAME ON SATURDAY AGAINST ROCHESTER
The final home game of the 2007 season will take place on Saturday, August 4 at 7:30 pm as the Pride host the League-leading Rochester Rattlers at Yurcak Field. Rochester brings the league's top offense to town with the likes of John Grant, Jr., Casey Powell, and Joe Walters. New Jersey will be looking to close out their home schedule with a 3-3 mark at Yurcak. Tickets are available and start at $15 for Goal Zone GA seats. BARRAGE TOPPLE PRIDE IN OT
In what has been argued as the game of the year in Major League Lacrosse, the Philadelphia Barrage defeated the Pride 12-11 in Overtime last week. The game saw several lead changes throughout regulation and end-to-end action in the overtime frame. Defenseman Brett Hughes held Philadelphia's Ryan Boyle, the league's second-leading scorer, to just 1 point on the night. Rob Scherr made some spectacular saves on the night, including a game-saving save late in regulation that can be seen on the Pride's website.
WORTH A LION'S SHARE OF CREDIT
While the Pride of struggled to find consistency throughout the 2007 season, there is one spot on the field where the team has been able to find a solid gem on a weekly basis... Goalie Rob Scherr. Newjerseypride.com's Bobby Ingram sat down with Rob to discuss this season and his impressions on the future of the Pride.

NB ZIP MLL CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND TO BE HELD IN ROCHESTER
The 2007 NB ZIP MLL Championship Weekend will be held at Rochester's PaetecPark over the weekend of August 25 and 26. The Semi-Finals will take place on Saturday, August 25. For the first time in league history the Championship Game will be played the day immediately following the Semis.
