Rowdies Announce New Midfield Seats, Premium Midfielder's Club

Today Bill Edwards, new Principal Owner of the Rowdies, announced plans for immediate seating improvements for the 2014 North American Soccer League season.
To create a soccer-first fan experience, more than 1,100 seats will be added at midfield at Al Lang Stadium, the club's home venue. Midfield seating will be offered at two price points.
The premium Midfielder's Club is located approximately ten feet from the pitch and will feature 212 seats that wrap around newly integrated players' benches. 996 Midfield Reserved seats round out the additional seating.

All Midfield seat holders will enjoy wider seats, seat backs and more comfortable legroom, with a generous 36 inches from one seat back to the next. In addition, the rise from row to row will be ten inches, allowing fans to experience an unobstructed view of the action. Midfield seat holder benefits also include a private entrance and private restrooms.

Midfielder's Club Memberships are priced at $805 per seat, per season, and are sold as season tickets only. Midfield Reserved seats are $460 per season. Interested fans can place deposits for the new Midfield Seats (both Club and Reserved seats) by calling the team office at 813-287-5849 or by clicking here. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to ticket purchase.
Fans placing a deposit on seats will have seats allocated on a first come, first served basis and in the following order:
1. 2014 Field Side Season Ticket Members
2. 2014 Season Ticket Members looking to relocate
3. Fans who have placed a deposit on the new sections
Current 2014 Field Side Season Ticket Members will be upgraded to the Midfielder's Club at no additional cost. Field Side Season Ticket Members from 2013 who have not yet renewed will have until Thursday, December 19, 2013 to renew their season tickets.
Current season ticket members in other seating categories will have the ability to upgrade to a new seat location for an additional cost.

Hopefully these new midfield seats will endear supporters to be a part of the game, and will enable Rowdies fans to become an even stronger twelfth man.
