Rogues Paint the Scoreboard on Paint the Park Pink Night

July 7, 2018 - Great West League (GWL) - Medford Rogues News Release

MEDFORD, Ore. - 971 joined the Rogues in supporting breast cancer research and survivors on a gorgeous, mid-80's summer night at Harry & David Field. Pinch-hitter Mitch Neunborn (North Iowa Area CC) hit a three-run inside the park home run in the eighth inning. The Rogues scored 14 runs on 15 hits to defeat the Gold Sox 14-2.

Starting pitcher Bobby Voortmeyer (Columbia Basin CC) pitched five scoreless innings to pick up his second win of the season.

For the third time this season, the Rogues auctioned off themed jerseys to support local organizations. And for the third time this season, Rogue Nation bid on all 30 jerseys. 100% of the proceeds from tonight's Pink Jersey Auction benefited the Leila J. Eisenstein Breast Center.

Tomorrow the Rogues wrap up the weekend series with the Gold Sox on Fred Meyer Family Fun Day. Family Fun Day packs include four tickets, four hot dogs, and four sodas for just $44! And, for each ticket package sold, the Rogues will donate $4 to Access as part of the 0 Waste, 0 Hunger Campaign. Fred Meyer Family Fun Day Packs are available only at the Medford Rogues Box Office.

Monday kicks off a three-game series with the San Francisco Seals. Kids 12 and under get in for FREE on Mondays! For all us kids older than 12 years old, you can get your tickets HERE
