
Rockets Assign Capela to Vipers

HOUSTON - Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey announced today that the team assigned center Clint Capela to Houston's single-affiliation NBA D-League partner Rio Grande Valley.
Capela (6-10, 245, France), has appeared in four games for the Rockets and recorded six rebounds, one assist, a steal and a block in 12 total minutes of playing time. This will mark his second D-League Assignment with the Vipers. In his first stint, Capela played in six games averaging 9.0 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.2 blocks in 14.1 minutes per game The former Elan Chalon player out of France was selected by the Rockets 25th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft.
