P.E.I. Rocket News Release
The PEI Rocket announced that they have returned forward Felipé Corbo to Le Rousseau Royal de Laval-Montréal in the Québec Midget AAA League effective immediately.
"We felt it would be better for Felipé's development as a hockey player to return to Midget for the season", said Serge Savard Jr. "A player of Felipé's age and ability needs to play regularly in order to develop. He is a big part of our future and we want him to improve by playing a leadership role on his Midget AAA team", he added.
Felipé was selected by the Rocket in the 3rd Round of the 2009 QMJHL Entry Draft. He is known for his offensive skill, and at only 16 years old, he will have a bright future as a member of the PEI Rocket organization.
