Robert Fuller & LaRon Council On Episode 3 Of This Week In The IFL

Episode 3 of "This Week in the IFL" is now available. On this week's show, host Denis Puska interviews a veteran head coach leading the charge for an expansion team and the most dynamic running back in the IFL over the past two seasons.

First on the program is Bemidji Axemen head coach Robert Fuller. Fuller has the Axemen playing well, beginning the season with a victory over the Green Bay Blizzard in Week 1. Coach spends some time with Puska discussing the process of putting together an expansion team as well as the excitement surrounding the Axemen in the Bemidji community. Prior to joining the Axemen, Fuller served as head coach of the Fairbanks Grizzlies and Green Bay Blizzard. He is a two-time IFL Coach of the Year winner and in addition, is a two-time recipient of the IFL's Adam Pringle Award.

Additionally, Cedar Rapids Titans RB LaRon Council is featured on this week's show. Council is coming off an Achilles injury that cut his 2013 season short. Despite the injury, Council was still named First Team All-IFL running back for the 2nd consecutive season. The Titans stumbled in their Week 1 matchup against the Texas Revolution, but they are sure to figure in the United Conference playoff race come June.
