
Road Warriors Sign Perlini, Chubak Reassigned

Greenville, SC: The Road Warriors announced today the signing of forward Brett Perlini and the reassignment of goaltender Carsen Chubak to Adirondack.
Perlini played the majority of last season with the Bakersfield Condors. The Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario native played 39 games with the Condors and notched seven goals and 13 assists. He began last season as the Condor's top rookie, registering a multi-point game in his first pro contest and tallying two goals and two assists in his first four games. The 23 year old also played two games for the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League. Prior to going pro, Perlini played four seasons with Michigan State University. He was the second-leading scorer for MSU his senior year, scoring nine goals with a career high 22 assists in 39 games.
Chubak, 24, has played in two games with the Road Warriors for a total of 120 minutes. The Prince Albert, Saskatchewan native has made 59 saves for the Road Warriors only allowing seven goals into the net. Chubak has registered a 3.50 goals-against average and .894 save percentage in those two games and has acquired a 1-1-0 rating.
