
Riverdragons Begin Two-A-Day Practices

COLUMBUS - The Columbus Riverdragons will hold their first round of two-a-day practices Monday, November 4 at Psalmond Road Recreation Center in Columbus. The Riverdragons opened training camp Sunday night with the team's 25-man roster. Rosters must be cut to 15 by this Wednesday.
Players to Watch:
Kwame James: 6-foot-8 power forward from Trinidad & Tobago earned recognition as a national hero when he helped subdue a would-be terrorist on American Airlines Flight 63 from Paris to Miami. He was on his way home to Trinidad & Tobago when the incident occurred. As a result of his actions, he was the recipient of the MVC's Most Courageous Award in 2002.
Lenny Cooke: Phenom from Brooklyn, New York was rated as the #4 High School Player in the United States by the Prep Stars Recruiter's Handbook.Several scouts believe he has unlimited potential.
Tang Hamilton: Stock continues to rise the more NBA teams get a look at him. Played impressively in Memphis Grizzlies vet camp this October before being released. Also participated in 76ers free agent camp over summer alongside Riverdragons teammate Nate Johnson...
