
Rhinos Trade Fuller To Vancouver

(Rochester, NY)...Rochester Raging Rhinos Vice President and General Manager Chris Economides announced that the team has traded forward Ian Fuller to the Vancouver Whitecaps for Vancouver's first pick in the 2006 USL First Division Collegian Draft and future considerations.
Fuller, the 6-0, 170-pound, native of Portland, Oregon, spent two seasons with the Rochester Rhinos. In 36 games, Fuller collected 23 points (8+7) during the 2003 and 2004 seasons. Fuller was the selected by the New England Revolution in the second round, (21st overall) in the 2002 MLS Supplemental Draft. In 2002, Fuller appeared in 11 matches with the New England Revolution, picking up three assists.
Fuller played for the Clemson University Tigers from 1998-2001, accumulating 18 goals and 15 assists in 49 games played. In November of 1999, Fuller was nominated to Soccer America Team of the Week after totaling at least one point in five straight games, scoring a goal in four of the five.
The Rhinos will hit the field tonight to face the Toronto Lynx at Frontier Field. The 7:35 p.m. kickoff will be broadcast on Fickle 93.3 FM and webcast at www.rhinossoccer.com.
