El Paso 3 @ Corpus Christi 2: The El Paso Rhinos showed resilience against Corpus Christi, scoring three consecutive goals and completing a 3-2 come from behind win. Jack Wandmacher scored his first of the season to break ice in the 1st. Early in the second the IceRays extended their lead as Albin Persson buried with help from Michael Casey Jr.. Jonathan Horn, Matt Johnson, and Alex Krause were the three goal scorers for El Paso, Krause depositing the game winner with only 23 seconds remaining in regulation. The netminders matched each other with 38 saves as Lassi Lehti landed the win for the Rhinos and Stefan Carney took the loss.

El Paso 1 @ Corpus Christi 4: In a packed arena on Saturday night, the IceRays showed off a quality offensive performance against El Paso in their 4-1 win. Stepan Kuznetsov led the night on the score sheet, adding both a goal and assist for Corpus Christi. Defensemen Frank Jenkins and Casper Gillberg also added a goal of their own, Albin Persson scoring the remainder for his fifth of the season in Corpus Christi's victory. 15:17 into the final period, Graham Harris found the net for his fifth of the season to give El Paso their lone goal and break up Damon Beaver's potential shutout. Beaver finished the night with 34 saves, grabbing a win and the star of the game. Lassi Lehti made 31 saves in the loss for El Paso.
