ROCHESTER, NY- The Rochester Rhinos travel to Charlotte for their last away game of the 2016 regular season on Saturday. The team heads into Saturday's match on a seven game unbeaten streak, having not loss since August 3rd against the Richmond Kickers. This will be the Independence's second game of the week as they earned a drew with the Kickers on Wednesday.

Both teams clinched their playoff spot a few weeks back, once back to back in the standings Charlotte has now moved up to fourth place, while the Rhinos have fallen to seventh. Charlotte saw its three-game winning streak come to an end with the draw in Richmond, but is now 5-1-1 in its past seven games. The Independence are 14-7-7 (49 points) overall.

The Rhinos most recently found a draw themselves against the first place New York Red Bulls II after the new 2016 Regular Season Champions found an equalizer late in the 89th minute. The Rhinos have tied twelve times so far this season, including once against the Charlotte Independence.

The last time the teams met at Rochester Rhinos Stadium back in May, neither could find the back of the net. Charlotte's Estrada shot off the crossbar came close, but Joe Farrell and Adam Grinwis led the Rhinos defense in holding off the visitors.
The Rhinos are 11-5-12 on the season with 45 points, and 3-3-8 on the road.
Saturday's game will be a test for both offenses as the teams head into their final matches of the season before playoffs begin. Last time when visiting Rochester Rhinos Stadium, Charlotte took advantage of the wind at their backs in the second half. Rochester will look to find its own advantage when visiting Ramblewood Stadium this weekend.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
