Rochester, NY - The Rochester Rhinos (2-1-1) will play against the Harrisburg City Islanders (2-3-0) for the first time this season. The Rhinos won the 2015 season series 1-0-1 plus a thrilling 3-1 win in the third round of the US Open Cup where the Rhinos scored all three of their goals in extra time.

Rochester is coming off its home opener, a 2-1 win over conference rival FC Montreal on April 23, the first game of four-game home stand. Harrisburg recorded their first victory at home last weekend against Orlando City B, 2-1.

Only one point separates the two teams heading into this match, and is a must win for both clubs. Rochester has allowed two goals this season and is looking to continue its domination in the defensive end. Harrisburg has had more luck offensively this season, totaling seven goals in their first five games.

The defending champions finished last season with a record seventeen shut outs and a record low fifteen goals allowed. Christian Volesky is the Rhinos leading goal scorer with three, one against Pittsburgh and two last week against FC Montreal.
