Rochester Rhinos News Release

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Rhinos professional soccer club announced a stadium naming rights plan this afternoon at a press conference at the Strathallan Hotel in downtown Rochester.

The plan unveiled by Rhinos owner and CEO Rob Clark will give both individual season ticket holders and corporate sponsors an opportunity to name the Rhinos stadium for 2009. Participants will have one opportunity to be chosen for every $1000 spent in the form of season tickets or corporate sponsorship. There is no limit to the number of entries for each participant. The stadium name will be unveiled at a random drawing at halftime of the Rhinos home opener on Saturday, May 30th against the Montreal Impact.

"We are truly excited to present this opportunity to not only large companies but to our loyal fans as well" said Clark. "This is a chance to put Rochester on the map while doing something that really makes sense in the current economic climate. Looking at the realm of the sports industry, sponsorship sales are declining. We decided to do something where everyone wins and one lucky fan or company gets to put his name on the stadium for 2009."

Stokes and Visca, the official accounting firm of the Rhinos will help with the promotion. Interested participants should call 585-454-KICK. Entries must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 29th. For a full list of requirements, participants should log onto www.rhinossoccer.com.

"The new naming rights participant is going to forever be enshrined in the Rhinos history books and at the stadium" said Rhinos President of Business Operations Salvatore Fantauzzo. "This is a way for us to honor those who have been loyal to the team. The stadium could be named after a business, individual, school, non-profit or youth team"

Naming rights rules can be found at www.rhinossoccer.com.
