
Rhinos Announce Go Green Night - Powered by SunCommon

ROCHESTER, NY - The Rhinos are hosting Go Green Night powered by SunCommon on Saturday, October 14th, at 6:05 PM, which is the Rhinos last 2017 regular season home match. Attendees will be able to interact with various vendors to learn how you can go solar and what it means to Go Green.
The Rhinos and SunCommon are partnering to educate the community on what it means to Go Green. It's an opportunity to learn about the various ways you can Go Green in Rochester, whether it be through supporting environmentally-conscious and local businesses, getting involved with an activist group, or powering your homes and vehicles with renewable energy.
"We are thrilled to co-host Go Green Night at Capelli Sport Stadium with SunCommon . SunCommon has been a pivotal platinum corporate partner over the last 2 seasons and we look forward to educate Rhinos fans and the Rochester community on the benefits of solar energy and what it means to Go Green on October 14," said Rochester Rhinos owners David and Wendy Dworkin.
Some of the vendors in Go Green Village include SunCommon, Rochester Electric Vehicle Accelerator, Headwater Food Hub and the GOOD FOOD Collective, Rochester People's Climate Coalition, H2O Hero of Monroe County, Nedloh Brewing CO, CB Craft Brewers, Kettle Ridge Farm and many more.
"We want to remove the stigma that going green is hard and break down the barriers to clean energy, because we believe renewable energy is a right not a privilege," said Kevin Schulte, CEO of SunCommon . "The goal of Go Green night with the Rhinos is to give people actionable takeaways that they can do in their everyday lives, including Going Solar with SunCommon."
