RGV Flash Added to the Mexican Indoor Soccer League

With the presence and witnesses of Sergio Del Rio, President of the International Federation Indoor Soccer and Alfredo Macisse Saade, President of the Federation of Indoor Soccer in Mexico, along with team presidents, owners, and representatives of the teams that make up the Professional Indoor Soccer League of Mexico have announced that the Rio Grande Valley Flash will be members for the 2013 season.

Reunited during the league meetings in Cancun, Mexico, led by Gerardo Guerra Lozano, Commissioner and President of the League, along with the eight teams that represent the Mexican Indoor Soccer League expressed their approval as the Flash; Champions of 2011 season in Mexico will have their home season games at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Texas beginning in March of 2013.

He also added that it was his intention all along to bring the Professional Indoor Soccer League of Mexico (PISLM) as well as having the Professional Arena Soccer League (PASL-Pro), to have interest in coming over and have more games, added Guerra Lozano.

"It is a process that will take some time to adapt now that there are two teams that will participating this season in two different leagues under the same name. We hope that they are able to perform in well in the United States as well in Mexico," declared the president of the league in Mexico.

Guerra Lozano, manifested that during the league meetings in Cancun, that several team presidents as well as Sergio Del Rio, President of the International Federation Indoor Soccer and Alfredo Macisse Saade, President of the Federation of Indoor Soccer in Mexico, also discussed related themes with regards to the 2013 season where two to three teams could be added, along with the topics of player contracts and league sponsorships.
