Republic FC Announce "Free Pizza Night" April 28

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sacramento Republic FC announced today it will be hosting "Free Pizza Night: Presented by Papa Murphy's" on Saturday, April 28, as the club takes on the Tulsa Roughnecks FC. All attendees at the match will receive a text-in offer for a free large, one-topping pizza from Papa Murphy's that can be redeemed at a later date.
"We are always looking for ways to add value to our fans through our partnerships," said Republic FC Chief Operating Officer Ben Gumpert. "With Papa Murphy's, it has been centered on family because we both share that as a core focus. Now our fans can be chanting together as one on Saturday night and then sharing a free pizza at home with their family while watching our match the following week."
"It's the first time we've done anything like it," said Papa Murphy's Co-Op President Kamal Kahlon. "We're excited to use our partnership with Republic FC to treat the more than 10,000 fans that pack the stadium each week."
The night will be filled with a number of pizza-themed giveaways and promotions. The code for the free pizza will be communicated to fans in attendance at different points during the match. Fans can also ask for the code at the guest services kiosk. The offer is redeemable at any Papa Murphy's in the Greater Sacramento Area.
Republic FC enter the April 28th match unbeaten in their opening six games of the season, their best start to a season in club history. Kickoff against Tulsa Roughnecks FC is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and tickets to the match are available via www.Ticketmaster.com.
