
Reno Bighorns Celebrate Green Day with Whole Foods

Reno, NV., March 18, 2014 - The Reno Bighorns are excited to partner with Whole Foods Reno for Green Day with the Reno Bighorns on Friday, March 21st. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Whole Foods reusable tote bag.
The event will be held in conjunction with the NBA D-League's Green Week. Eco-Friendly business will be on hand at the game for the "Green Fair" to educate fans about sustainable practices.
Portions of the Green Fair ticket sales will be donated to Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful. For more information on the event, please contact Tim Cole at 775.853.8220 or at tcole@renobighorns.com.
During the NBA D-League Green Week teams will participate in community service projects, promotions and green-related giveaways to encourage fans to "go green." Fans are encouraged to visit www.nba.com/green to learn how they can help protect the environment.
