Renegades reach out to fans, offering dinner and informal question-and-answer session with players

OTTAWA - Supporters of the Ottawa Renegades Football Club will get a chance to meet their players, up close and personal in yet another question-and-answer evening dinner session.

The Renegades announced Friday plans for Touchdown Club inside Bar 777 at the Casino Lac-Lemay in Gatineau. Similar in format to the popular quarterback club's, the Renegades will host events Monday evening's from 5 to 7 p.m. on October 17, Oct. 24 and Oct. 31. The event will include dinner, prize and ticket giveaways and a chance for fans to ask questions to their favourite players.

Scheduled guests for Monday, Oct. 17 are Renegades linebacker Kyries Hebert and offensive lineman Mike Sutherland. The club hopes to include at least one bilingual player each week to interact with fans in both languages.

Casino Lac-Lemay has been a loyal Renegades partner since the franchise's inception in 2002.

The Renegades return to action on Friday, Oct. 21 when they visit the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. The Renegades return to action at home on Sat.
