RazorSharks sign Fred Durr

(Rochester, NY)...The 2008 Premier Basketball League Champions, the Rochester RazorSharks announce the signing of Fred Durr for the 2009 season.

Durr, a 6'7" Forward from Milwaukee, WI played college ball at Oklahoma Panhandle State University where he averaged 13.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game last year.

RazorSharks Head Coach, Rod Baker watched Durr play while he participated in various off-season workouts and says, "As far as we are concerned he was one of the best young talents we saw this summer. He falls right into how we want to play."

The RazorSharks will open training camp in early December with the regular season starting in January. The PBL will release the 2009 schedule shortly.
