
RazorSharks Host Buffalo Stampede Saturday

(Rochester, NY) . . . Saturday February 27th, the Rochester RazorSharks will celebrate American Red Cross Day as they attempt to beat the Buffalo Stampede for the third time this season. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:05 P.M. at the Blue Cross Arena.
On January 9th in Buffalo, Keith Friel was 4 of 9 from three-point range and scored 19 points to lead Rochester to a 133-104 victory. In their home opener on January 23rd, the 'Sharks beat Buffalo 131-110 behind 32 points from Jerice Crouch. In the first game the Stampede's Mark Price scored 20 points and former Syracuse forward Damone Brown scored 20 in the second.
Buffalo is 3-8 on the season and is led by Andy Robinson's 19.5 points per game. Damone Brown (18.8 PPG) and Mark Price (12.5 PPG) round out the Stampede's top scorers.
Saturday, the RazorSharks (7-3) pulled out a 102-89 win over the Quebec Kebs (1-10). Glen Dandridge paced Rochester with 19 points and David Bailey recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. The 'Sharks have now won two in a row.
Rochester's Keith Friel is the PBL's fourteenth leading scorer with 17.2 points per game. Marlin Johnson is seventh in rebounds with 8.8 per game and second in steals with 25. Jerice Crouch is fifth in assists with 54.
Following their game against Buffalo, the RazorSharks will travel to Manchester, New Hampshire to play the Millrats (4-9) this Sunday February 28th at 7:05 P.M.
