Rattlers waive Hamin Milligan and Larry Nixon

Phoenix, AZ - The Arizona Rattlers have waived DS Hamin Milligan and WR/LB Larry Nixon, the team announced today.
Milligan joined the Rattlers at then end of last season, but started all four postseason gamesHe was the team's leading tackler this season, recording 33 tackles to go along with his two interceptions and six pass deflections in six games.
Nixon was in his second year with Arizona, although he only saw action in two games over the two seasons. That includes the Colorado game last Saturday, in which Nixon made one reception for three yards and made 2.5 tackles.
Arizona heads to Grand Rapids for a battle with the Rampage on Sunday afternoon at Noon. The game can be heard live on ESPN Radio 860 AM.
