Atlanta, GA -Â Despite a 10-8 Atlanta halftime lead, The Dallas Rattlers (2-7) enjoyed goals from seven different players en route to a 14-16 win at Silverbacks Stadium.
Atlanta would strike first just two minutes into the contest with Tommy Palasek finding Bryan Cole for his 25th goal of the season. Dallas responded with three unanswered goals, pushing to a 1-3 lead early in the first quarter with tallies from Adam Osika, Bradley Voigt, and Dylan Moss.
Blaze attackman Mark Matthews made his presence felt early in the first quarter by notching two of his three assists to teammates Shayne Jackson and Bryan Cole. However, Dallas attackman Bryce Wasserman found the net three times, guiding his team a 4-6 Rattler lead to end the first.
After Cody Radziewicz scored to add to the Rattlers' lead early in the second quarter, Atlanta would score six of the last eight goals to push a 10-8 Blaze lead into halftime. Nine of the 10 Atlanta goals scored in the first half were off of assists.
