Rattlers O-Lineman Atlas Herrion Named to All-Rookie Team

MESA, Ariz. - OL ATLAS HERRION (6-4, 305, Alabama) of the playoff-bound Arizona Rattlers was named to the Arena Football League's All-Rookie team today.
Herrion started 14 consecutive games for the Rattlers on the offensive line after being named the starter for the March 15, 2008 match-up with San Jose. He came to the AFL after spending three seasons in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns and the Houston Texans.
Herrion and the rest of the Rattlers will open their 2008 playoff run at home on June 30 against the Grand Rapids Rampage. Kickoff is slated for 6:30pm PT, and the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2 and ESPN2 HD.
The 2008 Arizona Rattlers guaranteed a trip to the playoffs for its season ticket holders, and have come through on that promise.
