Dallas Rattlers News Release
Atlanta, GA - The Dallas Rattlers fell 13-11 to the Atlanta Blaze in the first road game of the season. The Rattlers drop to 0-3 on the season.
Although the Rattlers never led in the contest, the visitors were able to capitalize on power plays to make it a two-goal game several times in the second half. The Rattlers scored with less than a minute left and regained possession to threaten overtime but a potential two-point attempt never made it to the cage.
The Rattlers were led on offense by midfielder Brian Kormondy who had two goals and two assists and on defense by goalie Christian Carson-Banister who had 11 saves.
Next up, the Rattlers head out to face the Denver Outlaws on Thursday, June 27.
