Rascals unveil ticket packages

O' Fallon- As the countdown to opening day continues, the River City Rascals have your tickets to summertime entertainment. Starting March 20th, 5-game Opening Day ticket packages will go on sale for the 2007 Rascals season.

Every package includes five dates beginning with the Opening Day face off against the Frontier League Champion Evansville Otters. Opening day guarantees a fun-filled escape from the lulls of summer with a Fireworks show, a Pepsi Car giveaway and a special performance from the Zooperstars. The Zooperstars are a group of performers written about in the USA Today, which excites the crowd with their special antics and comedic blend.

In addition to the opening day game, each package includes four other Friday or Saturday games to ensure an exciting weekend night with the family or friends. These games include Classic Car Night, Superhero Night, Fan appreciation night and many more special dates! Furthermore, any unused ticket can be exchanged for any other Rascal's game (pending availability). Have to work on Saturday? Exchange your ticket for a Sunday night game to give your week the jumpstart you need!

Each package is spread throughout the season to ensure every Rascal fan the opportunity to keep up with their favorite team.

Looking for more? If five games does not fulfill your appetite for Rascals baseball then the Rascal's have you covered! The Rascals also offer 8-game packages along with Half Season Ticket (26 games) Plans. With these packages, you receive the first opportunity to purchase seats for additional Rascal Events, along with the first opportunity to purchase tickets when the Rascals roar their way into the 2007 playoffs.

The Half Season plan includes a discount on seats with Infield Reserved tickets starting at $192.00, Field Box Seats just $240.00 and Luxury Box Seats only $264.00!

Not enough time for a Half-Season plan? Our 8-game packages are designed to fit any Rascal fans needs and have three cost efficient levels. Sit right behind Home Plate in our Luxury Box seats for only $88.00, while the Field Box Tickets cost $80.00 and pay only $64.00 for Infield Reserve tickets. Now the most important question becomes which package to choose!

If the excitement of Fireworks is the perfect way for you to end a weekend night, then the Friday and Saturday firework package is for you! These games include six Friday Firework dates, including Fan Appreciation Night, and two Saturday night games.

Another package includes excitement for all families big and small. This Family Fun package consists of FOUR Autograph Sunday games where fans young and old alike can go onto the field after the game and seek the autographs of their favorite Rascals. This package also includes FOUR Kids Run the Bases Tuesdays where your child can pretend like he is his favorite Rascal running out the game winning Home Run! Finally, these Tuesday and Sunday games begin at 6:05 PM (opposed to 7:05 PM for all other games) ensuring you and your children the sleep you need.

The Final 8-Game package is a Special Selection of Games picked by the Coaches. Coaches Toby Rumfield and Randy Woodard put their heads together and picked a special collection of games just for your entertainment! This 8-Game Package includes your opportunity to get Bobble heads of your favorite Rascals both past (Cardinals Playoff Star Josh Kinney) and Present (Rascals Manager Toby Rumfield). This package also includes a performance from the "Fifth Crown Prince of Baseball," Myron Noodleman who has spent the last 13 years traveling to 60-70 ballparks per summer perfecting his comedic routine.
