
Raptors to Hold Scrimmage Tomorrow Night

Rockford, Ill-The Rock River Raptors would like to remind fans about upcoming events this week, including an intra-squad scrimmage and their Season Ticket Holder Party.
On Wednesday, March 14, the Raptors will hold an intra-squad scrimmage inside the Metro Centre (300 Elm St. Rockford, Ill., 61101) at 7 p.m. This will be the first chance for fans to see the 2007 hopefuls in a game-like atmophere. Fans are encouraged to come out and get a headstart on all that action that this season is sure to bring. The event is free and open to the public.
The Season Ticket Holder Party will be held inside the Wallingford Center at the Clock Tower and CoCo Keys Resort (7801 E. State St., Rockford, Ill., 61108) from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, March 18. Season ticket holders will be able to pick up their tickets, as well as the other season ticket benefits. The 2007 Raptors and Mountain Dew Dynomites will be on hand for autographs and pictures. CoCo Keys water park is also offering a discounted rate of $10 per person to Raptors season tickets holders for that night only.
Next weekend marks the beginning of the Raptors 2007 season, as they face-off in the Metro Centre against the two-time defending champion, Sioux Falls Storm. Single game tickets are on sale now at the Metro Centre box office, by phone at 815-968-5222 or online at http://www.centreevents.com.
