
Raptors sign first four players

Chehalis, WA-The Lewis County Raptors, an expansion team in the International Basketball League, has added to a productive off season with the signing of four players. Jay Glover, Greg Johnson, Sam Moore and Lewis Holmes have become the first players in Raptors' team history. Glover and Johnson will serve as team captains.
Johnson, 6'2", played for the Seattle Mountaineers last season, and was a standout and fan favorite at both Evergreen State College and Sinclair Community College.
Glover, 6'6", will play forward for the Raptors, following a college career at Wenatchee Valley Community College and Western Oregon University.
Moore, 6'4" (Central Washington University) is an athletic forward that head coach Jon Hansen described as 'an outstanding rebounder and defender.'
Lewis, a 6'1" forward, played in the Pro Am Basketball Parkside and is the current Teen Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Thurston County.
