Undefeated Streak: The Rapids are in the midst of their longest undefeated streak this season, which is currently at four games. Colorado is 2-0-2 during the streak, having conceded just two goals. The streak began with a 1-1 tie at home against Real Salt Lake on May 10. The streak is the longest undefeated string since the Rapids finished the 2005 season with a 4-0-2 record.

On the Fake Stuff: The Rapids are 2-0-0 in 2007 when playing on artificial turf, like the surface at Toronto's BMO Field. Colorado 'keeper Bouna Coundoul has also yet to concede a goal on the fake grass this year. On April 30 the Rapids beat Real Salt Lake 2-0 and they beat the New York Red Bulls 1-0 on May 13. After Saturday's game, Colorado will play twice more on artificial turf, Sept. 22 and 29 at Salt Lake and New England, respectively.

Standing Room Only: Dick's Sporting Goods Park added a new page to the stadium's young history this past Saturday, May 26, when the Colorado Rapids vs. Los Angeles Galaxy game recorded a sellout that forced the club to sell standing room only tickets. The 18,458 attendance surpassed the previous sellout at the home opener on April 7, when the Rapids home hosted a total of 18,086.

All Minutes, All Games: Only two players on Fernando Clavijo's team have played every minute of every game so far in the 2007 Major League Soccer regular season. Kyle Beckerman is the only field player holding that honor, which he shares with goalkeeper Bouna Coundoul. Both players have currently accumulated a total of 810 minutes in 9 matches.

After Nine Games: The Rapids are currently in second place behind Western Conference leaders FC Dallas who, having played one more game than the Rapids, lead Colorado by just one point in the standings. The 15 points by the Rapids at this time in the season are the third most in team history, with only the 1999 (17 points) and 2002 (16) above them this far along.

Quick Starts: Herculez Gomez's strike in the second half of Saturday's victory over his former team, Los Angeles, marked the eighth time in nine games this season that the Rapids have found the back of the net before their opponents. The Rapids are 4-1-3 in those games that Colorado has drawn first blood. In all six games at the new Dick's Sporting Goods Park the Rapids have yet to fall behind first.

Wasson's Debut: Daniel Wasson made his debut on Saturday night, May 26, when he played 11 minutes in the Rapids' victory over the Los Angeles Galaxy. The next day he scored the winning goal in the Rapids Reserves' 3-0 win. Last season Wasson played in 17 games for the Rapids and scored one goal.

Reserve Victory: Daniel Wasson, Jacob Peterson and John DiRaimondo scored the goals as the Rapids Reserves defeated the Galaxy Reserves 3-0 on Sunday, May 27. Omar Cummings also had a strong game as he recorded two assists and was fouled for a penalty kick for the other Rapids Reserves goal. The Rapids Reserves are currently 3-0-1 and on top of the MLS Reserve Division. The next reserve game is Saturday at Toronto following the first team contest.

Rapids to Face China: The Colorado Rapids will face off against the Chinese National Team in their next home game on June 10 at 6:00pm at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.
