Rapids Take over Concessions for the 2019 Baseball Season

Watertown, NY - The fans voiced their opinion and we listened. We are happy to announce that the Rapids will take over the concessions for the 2019 season. We have made many changes that will make the fan experience much faster and convenient when visiting the concession stands at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
In order to make the lines go quicker, we have added an express stand for the 2019 season. This stand will include beer, wine, soda and snacks. While in our primary concession stand you will be able to get food prepared by experienced staff. This is something we have been preparing during the off-season and believe it will be a great improvement to the ballpark, alongside other updates such as restrooms, stadium lighting, and group areas.
Fans visiting the Alex Duffy Fairgrounds can expect your traditional ballpark fare with reasonable prices including hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, and pretzels. With taking over the concessions, we will continue to offer a variety of beer while adding local wine to the menu thanks to AJ Missert and the Thousand Islands Winery. We are excited to be able to provide these options for the fans and have the flexibility to offer special promotions throughout the season that we will be announcing soon.
The Rapids' home opener will be on Saturday June 1st versus the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs at 7:15pm with post-game fireworks!
