GAME vs. HAITI CANCELED: The Colorado Rapids match against the Haitian National Team scheduled to be played on Sunday, February 27th at Lockhart Stadium has been canceled due to changes in the Haitian National Team schedule. The Rapids will be holding two scrimmages at the Sunrise Hilton training facility in Fort Lauderdale instead.

TIME TO PLAY: Despite the late notice from the Haitian National team scheduling conflict that affected this weekend's Rapids match, the Colorado Rapids have been able to secure two scrimmages for their time in Fort Lauderdale, Florida:

Friday, February 25, 2005 - 4:00 p.m. GAME vs. Florida International U. at Sunrise Hilton

Saturday, February 26, 2005 - 10:00 a.m. GAME vs. FC Dornach (SWI)

LEAVING LAS VEGAS: The Rapids' match vs. Real Salt Lake, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, March 19th in Las Vegas, will change location. The promoters of the match are looking at other cities to host the game and the finalized preseason schedule will be released by Monday, February 28th.

WITH THE TEAM IN LEG TWO: Two of the players looking to land a senior international spot with the Rapids that joined the team in South America have continued with the Black and Blue on the Fort Lauderdale trip. Englishman Terry Cooke and Colombian Martin Morales arrived last night with the team at the Sunrise Hilton Hotel. Both of them are scheduled to continue with the team through the following weeks of training.
