Grand Rapids Rampage News Release

In the June issue of Men's Health, Grand Rapids Rampage defensive specialist JoJo Polk is featured with three other athletes who have overcome serious injuries or physical disabilities to become elite professionals in their respective sports.

In ArenaBowl XV, Polk intercepted a pass, forced a fumble, recorded 7.0 tackles and broke up four passes. He received the AFL's Most Inspirational Award and was a member of the 2001 AFL All-Rookie team.

Other athletes featured in the piece include a blind triathlon gold medalist, a deaf minor-league pitcher and a hockey goalie with multiple sclerosis.

The June issue of Men's Health is on newsstands now.
