
Rampage/Panopoulous Salons Present AFL 101 Workshop for Women

Grand Rapids, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Rampage of the Arena Football League and Panopoulos Salons have teamed up to present the very first AFL 101 Workshop for Women on Thursday, January 23 from 6-8:30 p.m. at Noto's Italian Dining (6600 28th St. SE).
The workshop, which costs $45, is designed to educate women on the fundamentals of football in a fun and comfortable environment. It will be hosted by Michelle McKormick of the New I-96 (WVTI 96.1 FM) and includes presentations by Rampage coaches and players on football terms, strategies and equipment. There will also be wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres and more.
Participants will be given a workbook, two tickets to a Rampage home game, a Rampage souvenir item and a Panopoulos Salons gift pack. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of West Michigan.
