
Rainmen fall to Cavalry

Despite an impressive first half, the Halifax Rainmen fell to the Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry on Friday night in Oklahoma by a score of 110 to 84.
The leading scorer for the Rainmen was Julian Allen with 19 points, followed by Kavon Jones with 18. The Rainmen's leading scorer, Josh Dollard, sat out for the majority of the game due to a calf cramp. The official box score statistics can be found at www.dakstats.com.
The Rainmen will return to the Metro Centre on Thursday, March 17 at 7:00 pm where they will take on the Saint John Mill Rats during a special Windjammers throwback night.
Keeping in theme with the Windjammers, Thursday night's game tickets will be available for $9.50. Tickets can be purchased at any Ticket Atlantic location or at the Metro Centre Box Office.
