
Rainmen Announce Open Try-Outs For Players & Weather Girls

Halifax, N.S.--The Halifax Rainmen are once again giving local basketball players and dancers a chance to join the team's roster and Weather Girls dance troupe.
Rainmen Coach Les Berry and Owner Andre Levingston will put local talent to the test. "We know there are some very skilled local players, so if you think you've got it, come out and show it to us," said Levingston.
Player Try-outs & Weather Girl Auditions will be held Sunday, October 25th at Citadel High Gym:
Weather Girl Auditions: 11:30am to 1pm
Dancers are asked to prepare a 45-second Hip Hop dance routine which focuses on flexibility and rhythm. Dance experience necessary, and must be 19 years of age or older.
Player Try-Outs: 1pm to 3pm
To qualify for tryouts, players must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school.
