Rage season ends

The Fayetteville Guard defeated the Rage 72-70 in overtime, to advance and meet Billings for the championship, after the Rage were unable to convert for two points.

For the RAGE Mike Lawrence and Hurtis Chinn each had a pair of touchdown catches, while Clay Groefema reached the the endzone on the ground and Kasey Young added two rushing touchdowns as well. The Rage though, were led again by "power back," Sha-Ron Edwards who had three rushing touchdowns and 11 touches for 68 yards on the ground.

After the game Fayetteville Head Coach Mike Siani said, "You have a great team in St. Louis and I respect your team," while talking with Rage Team President Tye Elliott.
