
Radio Show "Breakfast with the Strikers" Returns for Second Season

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Fort Lauderdale Strikers and leading South Florida radio station the Ticket are serving up another season of soccer radio show "Breakfast with the Strikers," the club announced today.
Bruce Silverman will continue to host the show, which will run for one hour on Saturday mornings, beginning at 8 a.m. EDT on the Ticket (790 AM). The second season of BWTS debuts this Saturday.
"All of us at 790 The Ticket are happy to welcome back the Fort Lauderdale Strikers for another year," said the Ticket Program Director Len Weiner. "The Ticket is the only station in South Florida to air a live, local show on soccer, for soccer fans. It's been fun growing this partnership and the staff at the Strikers have been great to work with. We are all looking forward to another great season."
"Breakfast with the Strikers" will include an in-depth look at the Strikers, featuring interviews with the team's players, coaches and staff, as well as news and information from the North American Soccer League and the world of soccer.
