The "Boys of Summer" car give away is underway for the 2013 Gems baseball season thanks to Shottenkirk Toyota for donating the late model 2008 Toyota Yaris. Registration forms can be picked up at Shottenkirk Toyota, by listening to Y101 Radio, or stopping by any of the Y101 live remote broadcast promotions this summer, or by attending any Quincy Gems baseball game! No purchase necessary. Complete rules listed on www.quincygems.com The Toyota Yaris was baseball themed wrapped by Classique Signs. Preliminary winners will be drawn during the summer on June 15th, July 3rd, July 19th. Eighty one preliminary contest will be invited to a BBQ at Shottenkirk Toyota on August 1st where 27 semifinalist from the the field of preliminary winners will be drawn. The 27 semifinalist will be given tickets for themselves and family to the August 3rd Quincy Gems game where one more finalist will be drawn. The 28 semifinalist will then be narrowed down to 9 people who will be given a key to see if their key starts the car and become the winner. Car winner is responsible for all taxes, registration and fees required by the state and federal government. Must 18 years of age to participate.
