
Quest Signs Former Chicago Libero Pichler

ST. LOUIS, MO., OCTOBER 17, 2002_The St. Louis Quest today announced the signing of former Chicago Thunder Libero Jaimi Pichler (Westminster, Calif., Stanford University).
Pichler played in 12 regular season games for Chicago in 2002, averaging 2.8 digs per game and had a passer rating of 2.60 on a 3.00 scale.
Pichler was a two-time NCAA national champion with Stanford in 1996 and 1997 where she earned All Pac-10 honors. Pichler's father, Gerald, was the captain of the U.S. Men's National Volleyball Team in the 1970's.
The St. Louis Quest, a member of United States Pro Volleyball, begins its 2003 season on the road January 12 in Grand Rapids, Mich. and return for its first home match Thursday, January 16 against the Grand Rapids Force. The Quest will play an expanded, weekend-weighted 10-match home schedule at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo.
