Quarterfinal Schedule Announced

May 16, 2003 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I) News Release


NEW YORK – The Arena Football League announced today the playoff schedule of sites, dates and times for the Quarterfinal Round, May 31-June 1. The Wild Card schedule (May 24-25) will be announced Sunday night, May 18.

Four teams – Los Angeles, San Jose, Tampa Bay and Orlando – have each secured a first-round bye based on their current record and will each host a quarterfinal playoff game. San Jose and Tampa Bay will host games on Saturday, May 31 at 3 pm ET; Los Angeles and Orlando are slated for Sunday, June 1. All postseason games will be televised by NBC.
