
Pro Basketball Debut at Gwinnett Center

DULUTH, GA - Atlanta Vision (www.ATLVISION.com), Gwinnett's own professional basketball experience, will play home opener in their new home venue, the Gwinnett Convention Center, on Friday, January 11th at 7:30pm. Basketball fans will enjoy a double header weekend as the Vision host division rivals, Georgia Gwizzlies again on Saturday, January 12th at 7:30pm. "Our hometown fans told us they wanted beer, local talent, comfortable chair back seats, a convenient location, and more beer," states Vision owner Quentin Townsend.
Come see Gwinnett County Public Schools' former stars on the Atlanta Vision roster, including two-time All-American B.J. Puckett, from Dacula High; Marcus Sims, from South Gwinnett; and Richard Walker and Michael Konanec, both from Berkmar. Georgia Tech Hall of Famer, Dennis Scott, is entering his third year as the Vision's General Manager. Bruce Kreutzer returns for a second year as Head Coach.
The first 50 paid fans to enter each game will receive an Official Atlanta Vision Shirt. Ticket prices range from $10-$25 and can be purchased at the Gwinnett Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations
