In their third consecutive double header of this past week, the Pride dominated all six games to come to their 31st win of the season. Game one ended with a final score of 11-2, while game two was decided by a score of 6-1.
It was also the first professional start for rookie Haylie McCleney, who went 4-for-6 in her Pro Fastpitch debut. Shelby Pendley owned the night, going 5-for-6 and hitting two home runs with 6 RBI.
In game one, things looked up early for Scrap Yard with two outs in the first. Myers kept the inning alive, drawing a two-out walk that brought Shipman up to the plate. Former Pride shortstop Madison Shipman then took advantage of a pitch she sent yard for an early 2-0 Scrap Yard lead.
The Pride fought back hard and quickly in the bottom of the first with five runs of their own. The first run of the ballgame for the Pride was scored on a wild pitch. Shelby Pendley then came in with a single through the left side to tie the ballgame at 2. Hallie Wilson then added her own single to left that would score Chamberlain, who singled in the previous at bat, and Pendley for a 4-2 Pride lead. Kelsey Stewart earned one more for the Pride with a sacrifice fly out to right that would score Wilson for a 5-2 lead.
In the second, Shelby Pendley homered with Wiggins and Kretschman on base to extend the Pride lead to 8-2.
In the third, Wiggins led it off with a triple to be scored by Kirsti Merritt, who doubled to right center for an 9-2 lead. Chamberlain then earned her own RBI, grounding out to 2nd to score Merritt for the seven run lead, 10-2.
In the fourth, Ceo singled up the middle to score McCleney as the eleventh and final run of game one for a 11-2 ballgame.

In game two of Sunday's doubleheader, the Pride struck early with a 2-0 lead. Shelby Pendley led the scoring off with a two-run shot that scored Megan Wiggins, who led off the bottom of the first with a hard-hit infield single.
Three back-to-back doubles in the bottom of the third then added two more runs for a 4-0 Pride lead. Pendley led off the inning, followed by Chelsea Goodacre, who scored Pendley for a 3-0 lead with her own double in the third. Haylie McCleney then added the third double of the inning and her first professional RBI to score Goodacre to give the Pride a 4-0 lead.
Vonk then led off the Dawgs comeback in the top of the fifth with a two-out triple. Breja'e Washington came in and executed a two-out double over the head of Merritt to score Vonk on the play and put the Dawgs within three, 4-1.
The Pride added a few more insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth. This time, Hallie Wilson led off the inning with a double to left center.
