New Jersey Pride News Release

LONDON, Ontario - The three members of the New Jersey Pride playing in the Warrior USILA World Championships have made quite a splash thus far through the tournament.

The U.S. team had played three games heading into Monday's action, and in those games Pride attackman Scott Urick was the team's leading goal scorer with 10. Midfielder Kyle Harrison was fifth with five goals, and A.J. Haugen has played well in all three games.

"If it surprises anyone that these guys are going out there and dominating on that level then you haven't been watching the MLL all season,'' said Pride General Manager Trey Reeder. "Scott Urick is one of the game's best scorers and Kyle is just on another level. A.J. is just getting started.''

In total, Team USA has beaten Australia, England and Canada by scores of 20-8, 25-5 and 13-12 respectively.

Urick scored three goals against Australia, six against England and added another against Canada. Harrison scored once against Australia, twice against England and twice against Canada.

The team plays the Iroquois Nation on Monday and Japan on Tuesday ending the Round Robin portion of the tournament.
